1. Who we are

2. What this site is, and what it is not

whichCRM publishes comparative information about CRM platforms to help decision-makers screen the market. The classifications, ratings, price bands and written profiles are our own editorial judgement, expressed at a level of detail suitable for first-pass screening.

The content is general information, not advice on which platform you should buy. It does not take account of your requirements, budget, data or regulatory obligations, and it is not a substitute for a proper evaluation. Decisions taken on the basis of the site are yours alone. Advice is only given under a separate written engagement with zedConsulting.

3. Accuracy and currency

Vendor pricing, packaging and features change frequently, and figures shown are indicative list positions in GBP, exclusive of VAT, converted where the vendor publishes in another currency. Pricing sections carry a 'verified as at' date. We take reasonable care to keep the information current but give no warranty that it is complete, accurate or up to date at the moment you read it. Always confirm commercial terms directly with the vendor.

4. Affiliate links and independence

Some links to CRM vendors on this site are affiliate links. If you follow one and subsequently sign up, we may receive a fee from the vendor at no additional cost to you.

No vendor pays for coverage, placement, or a particular rating, and affiliate status plays no part in which platforms we include, how they are assessed or what we shortlist. Our consultation work is paid for by the client, never by a vendor, and we do not resell or implement CRM software. Where we identify a real drawback in a platform, we say so regardless of any commercial relationship.

5. Vendor names and trade marks

Platform, product and company names used on this site are the trade marks of their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison only. Their use does not imply any endorsement of, affiliation with, or partnership by those owners, except where expressly stated.

6. Acceptable use

• You may read, print and share the content for your own business purposes, including internal circulation.
• You may not republish, resell or systematically copy the comparison data or profiles, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
• You may not scrape, harvest or use automated means to extract content from the site.
• You may not use the site in any way that is unlawful, or that damages or interferes with its operation or security.

7. Intellectual property

The site, its structure, the comparison framework, the written profiles and all other content are owned by ZED GROUP LTD or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

8. Third-party links and embeds

The site links to vendor websites and uses third-party services, including a calendar booking provider. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those third parties, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but give no guarantee of uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, including any platform profile, at any time and without notice.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we exclude all implied warranties in relation to the site, and we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure on software licences or implementation, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to £100.

11. Consultancy services

Our paid consultation and CRM selection work is provided under a separate written engagement letter, which sets out scope, fees and its own liability terms. Those terms take precedence over these ones in respect of that work. Fees are discussed on the initial call and are not published on this site.

12. Data protection

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms from time to time. The version published here at the time you use the site is the one that applies.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
